Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup evaporated milk or heavy cream
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: steamed broccoli or cooked chicken
Instructions
Boil pasta al dente, drain, and toss with butter.
Mix pasta, cheeses, milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
Pour into an air fryer-safe dish, top with extra cheese or breadcrumbs.
Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
