Ingredients

  • 1 cup high-protein pasta (chickpea or lentil pasta)

  • ½ cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ¼ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (or low-fat dairy milk)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon mustard powder (optional)

  • ½ cup cooked lean protein (chicken breast, tofu, or turkey) – optional

  • ½ cup steamed vegetables (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon light breadcrumbs for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).

  2. Boil pasta until just al dente (1-2 minutes less than package instructions), then drain.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, cheeses, Greek yogurt, milk, and all spices.

  4. Add cooked protein and/or vegetables if desired, then mix well.
